This workshop is designed with breakout sessions for experienced practitioners of anti-racism in higher education and those newer to equity work to collaborate and create a draft of an anti-racism plan for facilitating undergraduate research at the level of individual mentoring, directing an undergraduate research program, and/or leading broader institutional initiatives.
