Behind the Scenes: Discussion with SPUR Editors

On April 1, 2020, at 2 pm EDT, Join James LaPlant (SPUR editor-in-chief) and Lisa Gates (SPUR issue editor) to learn everything you need to know about SPUR and how you can get involved. The webinar will discuss:
Submission guidelines for authors including tips from successful manuscripts
Peer-review process and how to serve as a manuscript reviewer
Variety of content pieces (articles, vignettes, undergraduate research highlights and book reviews) included in SPUR
And a special focus on the open call for Spring 2021 on “UR and Climate Change”
The session will conclude with opportunities for feedback from audience members about topics of interest and the needs of the undergraduate research community for the journal to cover.
