Panelists will share models and best practices of incorporating undergraduate research (UR) into professional portfolios, including teaching, research, and service. Participants will discuss approaches to scaffolding research skills and experiences into the curriculum, UR as a strategy for advancing a faculty member’s research agenda, best practices for mentoring UR, and strategic partnerships and relationships for incorporating UR into professional experiences. Attendees will develop strategies that can be applied at their home campuses.
